Where can I see plan prices?
Compare plans for prices and billing intervals. Review the amount shown at checkout before paying.
What can I do on the free plan?
See the plan feature comparison for everything included in the free and paid plans.
How do I manage my subscription?
Sign in and open Plan and billing in your account. The billing management action opens the hosted billing portal when billing management is available for your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Plan and billing in your account, then use the billing portal to cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Follow the cancellation steps.
What happens to my maps after a downgrade?
Your saved maps and history remain in your account. One selected map remains editable under the free plan’s limit.
Your other maps remain available to view, export, or delete. At capacity, you can remove items and make permitted changes that do not increase the count.
How do I create an account?
Register, then verify your email before signing in. The account guide walks through the steps.
How do I reset my password?
Use password recovery and follow the newest reset email. Check spam if it does not arrive. Read the password recovery steps for more help.
How do I download my personal data?
Sign in and open Your data. Read the data download guide for the steps and what the download includes.
How do I delete my account?
Read the account deletion guide before opening Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your HexHound profile, maps, and editing history.
Where should I ask a general question or suggest a feature?
Ask in Discord. Use the feedback channel for suggestions and bugs. Share no account email, receipt, or payment details.
How can I get email support?
Email support is available only to paid members for private issues the help pages do not resolve. Read the Account and Billing guides for the relevant steps and contact options. Replies may take time.

How do I share a live map with my players?
Open your saved map and select Share saved map. A current paid subscription, administrator access or gift access lets you create a link.
Players can view and pan without signing in. POI names and descriptions stay private. Follow the live sharing steps.
Can I draw roads on my map?
Use Roads to draw solid roads or dashed paths. Crossings connect at junctions. Read the road editing guide.
Can I draw rivers on my map?
Use Rivers to draw through land anchors and join or fork branches. See the river editing guide.
Can I name geographical features and map items?
Toponyms offers Line labels for geographical features and Point selection for tiles, POIs, roads and rivers. Road and river names follow their existing routes. Change placement, type size, colour, and halo while viewing the result on the map. See route names and Toponyms.

Can I generate a hex map from an image?
When AI generation is available, paid and gifted accounts can upload PNG or JPEG maps and preview a grid before CREATE.
Generation converts terrain only. It costs one credit per started 100 tiles, with a maximum of 500 cells.
