HELP / ACCOUNT

Your HexHound account.

Follow these steps from creating your account to managing your data or closing it.

Create and verify your account

  1. Open registration. Enter your email and a password with 15 to 1,024 characters.
  2. Check your inbox and follow the verification link.
  3. Sign in with your verified email and password.

Missing or expired verification email?

Check spam and use the newest verification email. If you still need a new link:

  1. Open sign-in and enter your account email and password.
  2. Select Sign In. If your details are correct and your email is unverified, HexHound sends a new verification email.
  3. The page shows Email not verified until you complete verification. Check your inbox again and follow the newest link.

If the registration confirmation page is still open, you can also select Resend Verification Email there.

Follow any displayed retry instructions if you reach the email request limit. If you cannot remember your password, use password recovery, then try signing in.

Sign in and out

After signing in, open My Maps to create or reopen a map. Use Log out when you finish on a shared device.

If your session expires, sign in again. The app returns you to the page you were using.

If the app cannot verify your session, editing pauses. Use Retry when your connection returns.

Reset your password and recover access

  1. Open password recovery and enter your account email.
  2. Check your inbox and spam folder. Follow the newest reset link.
  3. Set a new password, then sign in again.

A reset link expires after one hour. Request a new one if needed. Follow any displayed retry instructions.

Resetting your password ends existing sessions. Your saved maps remain in your account.
