HELP / BILLING
Your plan and subscription.
Compare plans, manage payments and renewal, and understand how changes affect your maps.
Choose a plan
Visit Compare plans for current prices and monthly or annual billing options.
The free plan allows one editable map and 40 items. Hexes and points of interest count together. The paid plan allows multiple maps with up to 500 items per map.
Both plans include the editing tools and PNG export.
Start a subscription
- Create and verify your account, then sign in.
- Choose your billing interval on the plans page and continue to checkout.
- Review the currency, tax, and total shown by Stripe before paying.
- Return to HexHound and check your plan in Plan and billing.
Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions renew each year.
Review and manage billing
- Sign in and open Plan and billing.
- Choose Manage subscription, or Manage existing billing if that is the label shown.
- Review your billing interval, payments, and available account controls in the hosted portal.
If your plan status is unavailable, use Retry plan status. Follow the displayed error instructions if billing cannot open.
Gift or administrator access can include paid features without a paid subscription. Billing management appears when your account has billing to manage.
Cancel renewal
Open the billing portal through Plan and billing. Review the cancellation details and confirm cancellation there.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your HexHound account stays open.
Use your maps after a downgrade
Your saved maps and editing history remain in your account. One selected map stays editable under the free plan’s 40-item limit.
Choose your free map from My Maps if you have not selected one. You cannot switch away from that selection while the map remains in your account.
At or above the limit, existing content stays saved. Remove items or make permitted changes that do not increase the count. Reduce the count below 40 before adding more.
Your other maps remain available to view, export, or delete. Upgrade again to edit those maps or create additional maps.
Charges and payment questions
Stripe Managed Payments handles payment details, tax, disputes, and transaction support. HexHound does not store your card details.
Use payment support for transaction questions. For a HexHound access issue, check your plan status in the app.
Close your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your maps and cancels any Stripe subscription immediately. It requests no refund or proration.
Read the account deletion steps before continuing.
